Prior Certification as Tax Specialist (SC)

W. Henry (Hank) Sipe III, of Sipe Law Firm in Rock Hill, was certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a Specalist in Tax Law from March 1994 to February 2017.   Mr. Sipe received an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1988, and practices in the areas of tax, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business/corporate law.  Mr. Sipe was the only Certified Tax Specialist in York County during his twenty-three period of certification.
